Hi! My name is Mack and I am an LA based artist. I have been in LA for almost ten years, and there have been some high highs and some low lows. And I am grateful for all of them. But lately, I have been in a creative slump and have been feeling the heaviness of the world.

In order to cope with myself I decide to ~create~ so here I am presenting “on the verge interviews.”

I am interviewing some fantastic people about their life and their pursuit of art. The name “on the verge” comes from the belief that I think each of these artists are on the cusp of something - either a big break, some overdue recognition, or an exciting new venture. During each interview I also photograph their portrait - capturing their essence as they express themselves.

This project is for me and for you. Hopefully it will help all us creatives feel less alone. I am excited to get to share these intimate musings of our generation.
